The 4-star holiday home, "Gîte Lamarmette," is an invitation to tranquility and well-being in the heart of a 10-hectare rural estate, a peaceful and secluded spot located about twelve kilometers from the town of Bergerac. It's the ideal place for those looking to escape the everyday and immerse themselves in the beauty and riches of the Dordogne. Make this gîte your home away from home for an unforgettable stay and a relaxing holiday with your four-legged companion.
The "Lamarmette" cottage welcomes you to a 150 m² space, comfortable for two people in the style of a modern and tasteful country house.
You will find: a dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a spacious living room with satellite TV and internet access, a large veranda opening onto the garden, a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with independent sleeping options and an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet, and a second bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (bath and toilet). The kitchen is fully equipped for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The private, covered 5 x 11 m swimming pool, open to the elements in July and August, awaits you for making the most of the sunny days. Part of the garden is enclosed, allowing your pet to run and play safely. A large covered area with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and wood-fired barbecue is also available, as well as on-site parking equipped with a 7 kWh Type 2 electric vehicle charging point.
All everyday shops are just 5km away in the small town of Lalinde, 1km from the cottage in the village of Lanquais a renowned restaurant welcomes you, and for those looking for entertainment, golf, riding centre, walks around the lake of Lanquais and hiking trails, as well as the Dordogne river are also nearby.
