Come and discover this mountain house located in Saint Sorlin d'Arves, benefiting from a beautiful sunny balcony with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves in the heart of the "Les Sybelles" ski area, 310km of slopes, the largest ski area in Maurienne and 4th in France.
Very easy access to the slopes by the free shuttle every 15 minutes from the cheese dairy (approximately 100 meters).
This mountain house is ideal for accommodating 14 people very comfortably with more than 150 m² and 4 bedrooms.
The house consists of an entrance on the ground floor with a ski storage area, a hallway with access to the living room.
On the 1st floor, a living room, a fitted kitchen and dining area, access to the balcony with a magnificent view, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm and a single bed of 80*190cm, a bathroom with washing machine, a WC.
On level 2: an entrance with reading corner, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, another bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm and a bunk bed of 90*190cm, a bathroom with WC, a bedroom with a double bed of 140*190cm, a sofa bed and a single bed 90*190cm.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue and crepe maker, and all the crockery for 14 people!
Please note that sheets, towels, and Wi-Fi are optional and at an additional cost. You can order them up to 3 days before your arrival.
The fireplace is not usable.
PETS: The owner welcomes your pet! Please note that only small pets are allowed, kept on a leash and provided they are not left alone in the accommodation. However, they are not allowed on the sofa or beds. The additional fee for pets is €5 per day or €30 per week. Please notify the agency.
