Villa Es Rafal is a property located in a rural area in the north of Mallorca, near the municipality of Santa Margalida and Can Picafort. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity offered by a countryside holiday, with all the amenities you need, as several municipalities are just a few kilometres away.
With a plot of 14,000m2 and a house of 274m2, this villa will provide you with all the peace and privacy you desire.
The villa is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with 2 very comfortable sofas, smart TV and a fireplace that gives access to a terrace with a covered porch and a complete bathroom.
When going up the stairs, you will find the bedroom with views of the pool, en-suite complete bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and heating. All bedrooms have the same characteristics.
The second bedroom has two single beds, an independent exit on one side of the house and an en-suite complete bathroom. The next bedroom is the largest in the house, a triple room with splendid views of the pool, three single beds and an en-suite complete bathroom. Just next to this room is the laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as shelves to store everyday belongings. Finally, we will reach the last bedroom, the most peaceful one. This double room has a double bed, TV, en-suite complete bathroom and views of the extensive land of this property.
Regarding the exterior area of the property, the villa has several different zones. The is a terrace with a porch where you will find a Mallorcan-style rustic barbecue. The second zone is another covered terrace closer to the pool with sofas and tables, and next to it, a large pool with stairs and a sunbed and balinese area to enjoy hours of fun and relaxation. You choose!
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The price is 350€.
Note 2. In properties where an extra bed can be included, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity is not included in the price, the cost is 0.30€/Kw to be paid on the day of departure.
Note 5. The property has central heating, which has a cost of 35€/day if you want this service.
Note 6: The property has parking for several vehicles.
