This 65 m² cottage features :

Take advantage of the park's facilities: communal heated swimming pool, pétanque court, basketball court.
- The heated swimming pool will be open from the start of the Easter vacations (end of April) to the end of the All Saints' vacations (end of November).
- The wellness area with spa, sauna and jacuzzi is open Tuesday to Sunday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm (closed on Mondays).

For your shopping needs, the local shops (bakery, grocery store) in the center of Saubrigues are 5 min away, otherwise reach the shops and supermarkets in Bénesse-Maremne. Birdwatchers will love the Marais d'Orx nature reserve and its two birdwatching trails. In less than 15 minutes, you'll be in Hossegor or Capbreton for sightseeing or water sports such as surfing or paddling. The Basque Country and its emblematic towns such as Bayonne and Biarritz are also within easy reach: 25 and 35 minutes by car respectively.
