Beautiful restored country house, situated very close to Palma de Mallorca. It is a finca with an extension of 20.000 m2, and 250m2 of house. It has big exterior spaces very well kept, a furnished porch as well as a big terrace with swimming pool. It is located in a very quiet place, in the countryside, surrounded by avocado trees, orange trees, lemon trees, among many others. Furthermore, there are no neighbours in the area. The most remarkable thing is its location, as it is very close to Palma and many other points of the island. All the most basic facilities and necessities are within walking distance of the house: shopping centres, restaurants, bars, shops, discotheques, water parks...
