Close to the Cannes and Mandelieu golf courses. Walking distance to the beach and excellent restaurants at the port. Grocery store nearby for daily necessities and delicious fresh baguettes and croissants.

This villa dates back to the 1920s: the atmosphere and many details have been preserved while you will enjoy contemporary luxury.
