4-room villa 150 m2. Spacious and bright, comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room, on 2 levels with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed. 1 room with 1 french bed and open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC (private). Large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. VV-35-3-0006063

Tinajo: There is a small storehouse close to the house it belongs to the owner. Large, modern single-family house "Villa Mareta". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking at the house. Supermarket 30 m, restaurant 800 m, bakery, café, internet café 800 m, bus stop. Please note: car recommended.
