Dining room with shower/WC. Large, open kitchen in the entrance (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with digital TV. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the countryside, the resort and the forest. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue (swing), roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km.
