A classic french home with on the ground floor a large living room, dining room and kitchen featuring terracotta tiled floors, exposed beams and a pigeonnier study. The house is extremely well equipped with all the typical appliances for all your needs, as well as a wine fridge, baking appliances and 3 different coffee machines.
All bedrooms are located on the floor of the property and are fitted with air-conditioning and each have their own private bathroom. The floor is divided into two separate wings, each containing two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each wing is accessible via its own staircase.
In the garden, you will find a summer kitchen with large dining table, sink, fridge and a covered terrace overlooking the private swimming pool.
