This 220 m² air-conditioned villa accommodates up to 6 guests in a layout designed to preserve everyone’s privacy. The spacious 85 m² living and dining room, bright and inviting, opens directly onto the pool and outdoor areas.
You also benefit from an audio system, fibre-optic internet and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a practical utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The sleeping area is divided between the main house and the separate apartment:
- Bedroom 1 – ground floor: Queen-size bed 160 cm, air conditioning, full bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet, direct access to the pool.
- Bedroom 2 – floor: Queen-size bed 160 cm, air conditioning, en-suite shower room/toilet, terrace with views over the pool and garden.
- Separate apartment: open mezzanine with King-size bed 180 cm, living room with occasional sofa bed, kitchenette, shower room/toilet and private terrace.
Outside, you can fully enjoy the Côte d’Azur climate. The private 10 x 5 m saltwater pool invites you to unwind, while the pool house, equipped with a barbecue, oven and gas hob, makes summer meals effortless and convivial.
An outdoor shower with hot water completes this space. You also benefit from parking for 4 cars.
