Welcome to Cazan, 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and one hour from the beaches of Carry-le-Rouet and Sausset-les-Pins. An ideal location for enjoying Provence and its many resources. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, with the proximity of the golf course and numerous outdoor activities for the active. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is 20 minutes away, as are Lourmarin and the hilltop villages of the Luberon.
The house is located at the end of a residential area overlooking the pine forest.

**Outdoors:**

The garden is perfectly maintained and offers a beautiful space around the 10m x 5m swimming pool.

There is parking for several cars on the property.
