Very pleasant studio of approximately 28m2 for 2-3 people on the 1st floor, in a residence in the heart of the Faubourg with parking possibility. Composed of an entrance, a main room with a sitting area and a sleeping area (a double bed), TV, kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, separate shower room with WC. View of the mill and Fort St Elme. Free non-nominative parking in closed residence.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
