Two-room apartment of approximately 38m2 on the 2nd floor with private parking, swimming pool and tennis court. Composed of an entrance hall, a living room with a sofa/double bed and TV, loggia, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with washing machine and WC, separate kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition.
