📍 Located in the very center of Grenoble, 2 steps from the train station in a quiet street, you have all the amenities near the building: a supermarket, a tobacconist, a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant within a 5-minute walk. You can reach the historic center of the city with its pedestrian streets, its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport options, including the "Alsace Lorraine" tram stop for Tram lines A, B and E, which serve the city and surrounding areas, are less than a 3-minute walk away.
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.
🚗 Parking is available around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
