GROUND FLOOR:
Living room equipped with a large 126cm (55") TV, a convertible sofa from the EMMA brand, a coffee table that can be converted into a high table and 4 chairs, a washing machine (linen) dryer and an open equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery). The kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher or oven.
Also on the ground floor you will find a bathroom equipped with a 70x70cm shower, an English toilet and a sink.
The house has an outdoor space with a garden table, 6 outdoor chairs and a barbecue with all its utensils.
BEDS:
The accommodation has 4 beds: 2 single beds upstairs and a very comfortable convertible sofa bed from the EMMA brand in the living room. It is possible to convert the sofa bed into 2 single beds (2 beds of 80x200) or into 1 double bed of 160x200.
Bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels are included in the rental price. You will just need to remember to bring your shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
ARRIVAL :
Check in: 5:00 p.m.
We make every effort to ensure that the reserved accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 p.m. Earlier arrival is possible subject to availability.
Arrival is done independently thanks to a secure key box.
DEPARTURE :
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.
We ask you to vacate the accommodation no later than 11:00 a.m. unless expressly agreed otherwise.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €500 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint (amount not debited which does not impact the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This amount will be released after your departure, unless the amount of a “cleaning supplement” is deducted, any damage caused or in the event of a breach of the internal regulations.
PLEASE NOTE:
Bed linen and towels are provided.
We also provide everything from toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap and bin bags. We also provide you with cleaning equipment and cleaning products.
However, we do not provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
INTERNET:
The accommodation has a WiFi network.
PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge under the following conditions:
- that they are clean
- that they do not damage the accommodation
- not to let them climb on beds or sofas
- to pick up their droppings.
Dangerous animals are not prohibited.
PARKING:
Possibility to park up to two vehicles inside the property.
