DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
22 m2 studio for 4 people located on the 2nd floor of the residence with elevator.
- A living room with a pull-out sofa bed with a mattress (80*190): allowing you to easily move from the sofa to the bed.
The dining area table allows you to eat comfortably for 4 people, for cozy evenings in the living room, equipped with a television.
- The sleeping area is equipped with a mezzanine bed (2 people - 140x190) at the height of the sofa bed (be careful with children under 5 years old).
- The kitchen located in the entrance of the apartment, is fully equipped with 2 electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, kettle...
- The bathroom with shower and toilet included
- The apartment does not have a balcony but two large bright windows in the living room.
