This magnificent 3-room duplex apartment has been completely refurbished, equipped with everything you will need and more, and with a warm and cozy decor with many woodwork elements.
Facing northwest and located on the third floor, it offers a breathtaking view of the entire Serre-Ponçon valley, to the left of La Mazelière, to the right of Méale and Pic Haut and, all around, the larch forests which border the resort.
It is accessible from the square by elevator and benefits from the heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna of its residence, as well as a private ski box.
With its surface area of 47m² and its large spaces, it can accommodate up to 8 people and has an entrance with storage, a large living room - dining room with sofa, armchair and television, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms including one with bathtub, a separate toilet, two large bedrooms, a sleeping area, and a balcony with garden furniture to admire the view.
For sleeping, you will find a 140x190cm double bed in the ground floor bedroom, a 140x190cm double bed in the sleeping area upstairs, and a 140x190cm double bed and two 80x190cm single beds in the upstairs bedroom.
You can travel light thanks to the many amenities in the apartment: all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare delicious meals, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, Malongo, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue set, plancha set, built-in oven, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and internet access.
You will be ideally located, just above the main square, close to the resort's shops (restaurants, bars, mini-market and regional products, etc.) and the activities and events organized in the resort, but also less than 50 meters from the departures of the ski and mountain bike slopes and only a few hundred meters from the hiking trails.
In addition, you will have access to the wellness area where you will find the heated outdoor swimming pool, sauna cabins and the fitness area of the residence (open during the summer and winter seasons).
