Agence des Orres offers this charming mountain-style apartment for rent, measuring 38 m² and accommodating up to 6 people.
In the “Eglantines” building, located within the Les Hauts de Préclaux residence, you will be just a few steps from all the shops, restaurants and entertainment of the central square of Les Orres 1800.
The apartment includes an entrance hall with storage space, a bedroom, a living room with a television and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen: microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the ensemble.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have the choice between two single beds 80 x 190 cm in the sleeping area, a double bed in the master bedroom 140 x 190 cm and a pull-out sofa bed convertible into a double bed in the living room.
For skiers, you will have a private box at your disposal to store your ski equipment and you can reach the snow front just a few meters from the ski locker.
You will also appreciate the included access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool as well as the sauna cabins and the gym (space open seasonally only, summer and winter).
