Level 1: an entrance hall, an open-plan kitchen, a dining room, a mezzanine, a living room in the veranda, all air-conditioned. Two bedrooms with a double bed (140 or 160), a bedroom with two twin beds (2*90), a shower room and a separate toilet.
Level -1: A studio with a separate entrance, a kitchen, a shower room with WC and a bedroom with two twin beds (2*90).
Possibility of parking 3 vehicles within the house.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1600 (by credit card, not debited) tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €220.
