Facing you is the sea, the island of Porquerolles and the Giens Peninsula.
Overlooking the greens of the Valcros golf course, this house, with its superb view and not overlooked, offers the perfect setting for a pleasant stay.
You will stay there in peace between the swimming pool and the terraces, a few minutes from the magnificent beaches of Estagnol, Brégançon and Pellegrin and the pier for the island of Porquerolles.
House of approximately 100 m² on 2 levels (half level).
Level 1: living room with fitted open-plan kitchen opening onto a covered terrace.
Level 2: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets.
For your comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV.
This villa does not have internet connection.
To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,400 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates) and compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €160.
