BS02 - In the heart of the gated community "La Baie du Soleil", this 65m² 2-bedroom villa will surprise you with its peaceful setting and large, sheltered terrace.
This lovely 65m² holiday home, located in a quiet and secure residence, is ideal for a stay with family or friends, just a few minutes from the beaches of Vias.
The ground floor consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) and a bathroom with shower. A bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) completes the main level, offering optimal comfort.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) can comfortably accommodate vacationers.
Outside, you can enjoy a large, perfectly furnished 60 m² garden terrace: barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, dining table... everything is provided to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a friendly setting.
The accommodation has a parking space in front of its gate.
Interaction
Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets, and a bountiful natural environment to explore by bike or on foot. It's a perfect family destination, with a multitude of cultural and sporting activities: strolls along the Canal du Midi, visits to the village, Europark, water sports, tastings at local wineries, and more.
The beaches are accessible by bike (2.5 km) or by car, with on-site parking.
The house is located in a private, fully gated community. The setting is peaceful and conducive to relaxation.
Train station: Vias (1 km) or Agde (5 km) with TER and TGV connections.
Airport: Béziers-Cap d'Agde only 5 km away.
Bus: Hérault Transport network, with regular lines serving Vias.
In July and August, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday only.
Security deposit of €300 required upon arrival.
Bed linen and towels not provided – kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside the summer season, end-of-stay cleaning is optional: a flat rate of €84 including tax if desired.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August. Payment on site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups not accepted.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €40 per stay.
