Set on a 1,000 m² enclosed plot, generously planted with pine trees offering welcome natural shade in summer, the house enjoys a setting that is both lively and unspoiled, just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean and the Libron river. An ideal place for holidays with family, friends, or a pet.
This detached, single-storey and fully air-conditioned house is designed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
It consists of:
- 2 bedrooms with a 140cm double bed,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a functional kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals just like at home.

The main advantage of the house is its large, shaded, fully fenced garden of 1000m2, a rare find in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
Pets are welcome, the fenced grounds guaranteeing comfort and tranquility.
You can park vehicles directly on the plot.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or even renting bicycles and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking. Numerous water sports are available on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
The house is situated in an environment that mixes detached houses occupied year-round and holiday residences, with a campsite and a water sports centre nearby, offering a lively and friendly atmosphere in season.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT.
