Magnificent apartment equipped for 4 people in a residence with swimming pool (open July/August), tennis court and parking space. It consists of a living/dining room with access to the balcony and its fully equipped open kitchen (renovated in December 2023), two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140) and the other with two single beds (90), a bathroom and separate WC.
Private WIFI connection. Air conditioning.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
